Alpine's Annual Tree Lighting and Festival Vendor Registration

Dear Vendor,
We’re thrilled that you’ll be joining us for Alpine’s Annual Tree Lighting and Festival on Thursday, December 5th, hosted at Bethel Christian Assembly, 1929 Arnold Way.
Each vendor will be provided with an approximately 12x12 ft. designated space (maximum of two spaces per vendor).
Please note:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own:
Pop-up canopy
Tables and chairs (if needed)
Electrical extension cord (if needed)
Unfortunately, Bethel Christian Assembly will not be able to provide these items.
Vendor setup begins at 3:00 PM, and all vendors must arrive no later than 3:30 PM to ensure a smooth setup before the event starts.
