Dear Vendor,
We’re thrilled you’ll be joining us for Alpine’s Annual Tree Lighting and Festival on Friday, December 4th, hosted by the Alpine Events Committee and held in the Parking Lot of Bethel Christian Assembly.
Each vendor will be provided with an approximately 12x12 ft. designated space (maximum of two spaces per vendor).
Please note:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own:
Pop-up canopy
Tables and chairs (if needed)
Electrical supply (If applicable)
The Alpine Events Committee and Bethel Christian Assembly will not be able to provide these items.
Vendor setup begins at 3:00 PM, and all vendors must arrive no later than 3:30 PM to ensure a smooth setup before the event starts.
